Our mission at New Gen is to unlock agentic commerce. We work with the best brands to build the most intelligent commerce agents in the world. We’re building a small team of exceptional designers and engineers that are excited about building the future of websites and internet commerce. We’re looking for a design engineer/product designer that knows the bar for a great product, and has the technical abilities to roll up their sleeves with engineers to build towards it.
You’re a great fit if you
- Are a full stack product designer with at least 5 years of experience and proficient in visual design, interaction design and product thinking
- Are comfortable leading design and are passionate about establishing a design culture from the ground floor
- Love to prototype and have a deep understanding of how front end software is built
- Care deeply about building high quality user experiences and are excited about the practical challenges of implementing AI products
- Want to join a high growth, fast paced team and are based in San Francisco (or willing to occasionally hop on a plane if not in SF)
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action
